Peter "JR" Keelin

Peter “JR” Keelin brings a rare blend of generational real estate knowledge, white-glove client service, and high-level business expertise to luxury real estate. Passionate, detail-oriented, and deeply intuitive, he is known for anticipating needs before they arise.

He has a lifelong connection to Central Florida and the coastal communities that define its lifestyle. After years in the area through childhood and Stetson University, he returned full-time in 2022. A family with decades of beachfront houses and rentals gave him firsthand knowledge of investment property, remodeling, and luxury homeownership from an early age.

Before real estate, JR built a thirty-five year career spanning luxury hospitality, enterprise technology, public relations, and cybersecurity sales. He served as a Corporate Trainer for Ruth’s Chris Steak House and worked with upscale restaurants and elite clientele throughout Washington, D.C., then moved into strategic sales with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and globally recognized organizations.

Outside of the work, JR is at home with his wife, Trinh, and daughter, Joss, in Baldwin Park and Winter Park — art festivals, live music, volunteering, and the Florida outdoors. The assignment is not only a house. It is a place in the town.
