Privacy Policy

If you write through a consultation form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you submit, the reason for the inquiry (buying, selling, a private listing, a valuation, or a general question), and a property address when you are asking about a home you own.

If you enter a client briefing, we collect the access code you use and the email address you provide so the correct private documents can be opened and so JR can see that the briefing was used.

If you opt in to text messages, we collect the mobile number you provide and the fact that you agreed to receive SMS from Peter Keelin Jr LLC.

If you start a video conversation with the on-site assistant, that session uses your camera and microphone only while the conversation is open. If you create an account, we collect the email address and name used to sign in.

The site also stores a session cookie when you are signed in, and a briefing session in your browser so a private page can stay open. We do not run a third-party advertising network on this site.

Inquiry details are used to reply to you, arrange a private showing or consultation, and keep a record of that conversation. They are emailed to jr@kellypriceandcompany.com. Briefing details are used only to deliver the documents prepared for that client and to tell JR the briefing was opened.

A mobile number collected with SMS consent is used to send the text messages you requested, such as appointment confirmations, showing details, and follow-up about a listing or consultation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing real estate services.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers that deliver a message or a video session — including the email service that carries a form to JR and the video service that hosts a conversation you start — process only what is required to perform that service. They are not permitted to use your SMS opt-in or personal information for their own marketing.
