Winter Park
Winter Park is not a suburb with a pretty main street. It is a complete town: Rollins College, the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum, a chain of lakes you can boat from dinner to dawn, and Park Avenue — still the most civilized shopping street in Central Florida.
The luxury market here is not loud. It is lakeside masonry, the Vias, Windsong, and a handful of streets where the oaks are older than the houses. Buyers come for the water and stay for the walk to dinner.
